GMRS Channels & Frequencies

In addition to the 22 GMRS frequencies shown in this chart, there are also Repeater paired frequencies for channels 15-22, that pair with 467.55 to 467.7250 (just add 5.00 to the 462.xxx frequencies shown. To use these “RP” repeater bands, you generally need to request permissions from the Repeater owners/operators. To access a given repeater, you need to program your GMRS radio with a specific (for that repeater) CTCSS code (Continuous Tone-Coded Squelch System). Without that specific tone code, the repeater will not “hear” you transmitting to it.

The use of Repeaters is an advanced topic, which you can Google. We do not recommend it for Beginners.
